We live in a democracy - people can do what they want really IMO. It's their money, their car, their choice.

Re: High power clutch > 550lb/ft
It's not a great deal - 3-4mm IIRC - suppose it could be drilled?
Also seen there's an ACT clutch, the XTG6, that is apparently capable of taking 645lb/ft. Thoughts?

High power clutch > 550lb/ft
I'm thinking I'm going to need to change my clutch soon, the RPS Max Puk, rated to 525lb/ft might not be up to the torque of the increased boost that the car will be running. What's the options, without going for one that doesn't have an integrated flywheel? The V6 has a different flywheel PCD to th...

If you're committing to it, you have to be 100% sure that you car will be a ready. A no show will be no good to any of us, especially Ryan who is travelling.

That would be a good one too, but not much more than 300bhp really. The GT28RS for me, is the perfect turbo for a standard-internals 3SGTE

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Garret TO4E
If you can get it to fit, you'll get more than a little lag! It's good for 600bhp, ish, but not on a stock engine.
If it works, you'll need an ECU and fuel upgrades to even touch what this turbo could do...
Bit big for the stock Rev 2 IMO. Get yourself a nice GT28RS

Does anyone need a mapping session with Ryan, in Leeds, in the near future?

Re: Johnny G's 3.4 litre V6 Turbo
Cheers mate.
I think the next restriction might either be the clutch or the fuel. If it's the fuel, I'm not too bothered, as I'm going external pumps soon!
Marc, my goal is 476.5bhp

Re: Johnny G's 3.4 litre V6 Turbo
:) Thanks! Just to add - the PCV breathers are now done, they've been opened up from the stock 7mm to the 19mm required for the weld on -12AN fittings. These are then vented into a breather tank which has internal baffling and is vented to atmosphere. Running very nicely. Heading to Leeds on the 28t...
