Cheers for the info. Ant - I owe you a beer ! - I have a bias adjusting valve on the way but started thinking that maybe the problem was the master cylinder itself - I will post up a bit of ifo on the set up if the bias valve is a success- it may help some one in the future if they go down tis route...

Okay thanks for the info. Maybe changeing the master cylinder may cure my problem - I have fitted rev 3 turbo rear calipers and hi spec front 4 pot calipers to my rev 1 turbo but no matter what I do the rear brakes are completly overwhelming the front 4 pots - there is no air in the system (it has b...

I have put larger 4 pot calipers on the front (hi-spec) and rev 3 turbo calipers on the rear - the rear calipers are now way over braking and the 4 pots are hardly doing anything at the front. Tim, long shot I know given what I have read here but maybe its o2/lambo sensor related - had a simaler problem once with no error codes / changed ecu's etc. hope this helps.
