Not familiar with these specific coilovers but usually you just turn the height adjusting collar with a c spanner to set height? You should get way more than 10mm. Are you just adjusting the damping and not the height?

I always start round about 30psi front and 32psi rear. After this, alot is going to depend on your preference/brand of tyre etc. Just have a play increasing/decreasing round them pressures until it feels right to you.
