I get around 460KM to a full tank in my Rev1.... which is pretty pants.
Had it all checked out as well, emissions say it's running a bit rich, but nothing to worry about.

I had a similar problem, fitted some pastic spiggot rings and it's pretty much reduced the vibrations to zero.
Where can get metal ones from please? Would need to be 60mm-73mm.

I used to floor it all the time, now I really can't be bothered. Why waste the fuel?

I can only assume they're different lengths? Otherwise, they wouldn't package them up as front/rears?

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Short shifters
Hi,
I think my short shifter is slightly different in position to the standard Rev1 stem, although it isn't particularly noticeable.
Cheers

[Mk2] [NA] To change to Blueflame, or not?!
Hi all, When I originally got hold of my N/A it had a custom Powerflow exhaust, which was just ridiculously loud. So I changed this for a Magnex ... which is quite nice and subtle.... Problem is, i'm now starting to feel the need for a little bit of extra roar... has anyone got a clip of their Bluef...

It's all about respecting the car, and it's limitations.

[Mk2] [Generic] Toyota/MR2 specialist in North West?
Hi all,
Got a few issues with the '2' that I wouldn't mind a specialist taking a look at, in particular an annoying metallic rattle, and suspension woes.
Can anyone recommend anyone in particular? Would be appreciated.
Cheers

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Newbie - Hello's & Help!?!?
Can't say i've driven an auto MR2, but i've driven other autos.
Basically I never got on with them at all, feels so much more comfortable driving a manual... for me anyway.
Price depriciation is worth thinking about as well, autos sell for a cut of a manual.

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Newbie - Hello's & Help!?!?
GT, GT Sports, T Bar sports etc are all potentially the same car, it's just what the owner is calling it. Other than the fact the T bar is of course a T bar, not a tin top ;) Basically the UK spec cars were all GTi-16, and the Jap Imports were G, G-Ltd, GT and GTS. GT and GTS being Turbos. One way o...
