GT4 WRC brake conversion
Hi chaps, Just spend an awful lot of cash on GT4 WRC 4 pot brake callipers and brand new discs for my Rev3 turbo, the callipers look awesome and line up ok but the discs are completely wrong, the PCD and the offset is different, ive heard on the GT4OC that the discs are not interchangable but you ca...

Re: Half way through CC install....
Ive heard people say this is something to do with the air con before, on the GT4 the pipe goes into a sensor, a pipe then goes straight from this sensor into the plenum chamber, ive connected mine straight to the plenum. I can mail pics to anyone who wants them. Also, just interested, I have put a C...

Re: Piggy back fuel computers
Hi chaps, have you got a base map for the 3S-GTE? Im doing the mapping myself on my F-CON but would like a map to start with, or do the guys that do your mapping have a base map? I had the shaft snap on mt ct20b too btw, got a slightly uprated one from turbo technics, just a thicker shaft, slightly ...

Re: which radiators for st205 charge cooler install
The cooling system on the charge cooler is seperate to the one on the engine so shouldnt cause overheating unless youve done something very wrong! I am using 2 bike rads of Triumph speed triples, I am installing them soon so will let you know about the temperature drops across them, 1 may be enough ...

Re: removing aircon compressor

Re: Which chargecooler?
Is the front mounted pre rad really worth the hassle? Im in the middel of an ST205 CC conversion and was gonna use a rad off a large engined motorcycle with the standard IC fan, mounted in the same position as the standard IC, would this not be good enough? Anyone run this set up and has measured te...

Re: Buckets seats fitted
Hello mate, seriously, if you have bolted those harnesses through the seat behind you and straight on to the floor they will do NOTHING in a crash, I have fitted harnesses to mine and have them going through the seat and round a bracket mounted to the bulkhead (looks like a bog loo roll) then down a...

Re: Midland Turbo refurnb - query
I used turbo technics a few months ago, my turbo broke a shaft so replaced it with an uprated ct20, steel shaft, ball bearings etc, dealt with a guy called Giles Rose, he was extrememly helpful and i'd recommend them to anyone, you know they are good at what they do too, otherwise they wouldnt have ...
