Thats a 7.5j et 32 16 with a 225/45/16 on the front and the rear is a 9j et35 with a 3mm spacer 17 with a 255/40/17 on. You can clearly see the camber tucking the wheel in on the rear. There is loads of room on the front also. They can still be pushed out more imo i must disagree on pushing fronts ...

didn't buy the car afterwards. It's a dead give away as soon as the engine lid was lifted. It looked nothing like my rev3 and the airflow meter box was a dead giveaway. It has some nice rims tho and a Berk ic

My rev3 on economy mode (low boost) was miles quicker.

ok, i have a converter chip with a yellow wire labelled kmh signal. I take it that connects to the violet/white.

Do you know where i can find a wiring diagram John? It would make my life a lot easier

so are rev4 turbo engines the same value as rev3 engines?

btw, i should've been clearer in my question. I can tell the body cosmetics just not the engines

i know but if you're paying over £3k for a K reg mr2 with rev4 turbo block, you'd want to make sure it's a rev4 block.

I thought there might be numbers marked on the block or head itself for identification.

Hi guys, i'm viewing an K reg mr2 turbo for my bro-in-law tomorrow. Apparently it has a rebuilt rev 4 engine put in producing 280BHP at the wheels. Not sure if it's forged or not but is there anything i should look out for? How can i tell?

Will it look like my rev 3 tubby?
