Hi, remove all or as much as you can of the original sealant, leaving a thin amount is fine. Use something like Dinitrol sealant primer over the old sealant and surrounding areas, this stuff will also seal small scratches in the paintwork if you have accidentally caught it scraping off the old seala...

I went to fetch a freebie import wing from a guy just outside Hemel Hempstead and he had one of these cars, I thought it looked great, he had done a fantastic job with it. I was super impressed with his work, I like them, not as much as the Spider though.
