Either that or the cover is warped.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Rev 3 Turbo LSD gearbox rebuild kit ?
you can get the full gasket kit with seals etc.
I just replaced 2nd and 3rd syncro rings in mine, its a very easy gearbox to rebuild.
you'll need a 2 leg puller for one of the gears (the standard 3 leg type ones never seem to fit quite right), and a hydraulic press.

if you have the engine mount off at that side, you need to lower the engine as much as possible on that side and it will come out.

you drill and tap the turbo housing and screw in a vacuum fitting.
vent the top port to atmosphere, if you want to control boost the easiest way to do it is to bleed air away from the side port.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Fake Turbosmart external wastegate - what to do now?
I had an expensive 60mm wastegate, and I had a lot more bother with it than I do with my super cheap GS racing 60mm wastegate which is basically a copy of it.
Only thing I did was replace the diaphragm with a good quality one.

Was speaking to my friend who has the 6.3L granada, and it was apparently a cracked block.
Would be nice if he could get the traction to better his granadas previous best of 9.85
