Re: Lexus style V Rev 3 standard's (rear lights)

Hi M8, I know the type of lights you mean. Do you mean these??? http://www.roguesystems.co.uk/forms/Product.aspx?ID=301 or these http://www.roguesystems.co.uk/forms/Product.aspx?ID=302 Personally, I love the REV 3 lights as I think they compliment the car better and are pleasing on the eye without l...

Re: zymol

What you saying? It takes 2 days to wash polish wax your car with the zymol? Or to get it back to that standard after using the merguires stuff. Hi, Ive had a few cars that were to be blunt right bangers but always tried to keep them looking shiny! I first used to used Mer and bought a whole load o...

Re: zymol

I must admit that I have tried all sorts of polishes etc as I guess most of everyone here has too! But I must say that the Zymol polish is great. It smells nice and has a good effcet on the paintwork. My car is a black one and as everyone knows it is a biatch to keep clean and looking glossy. I use ...

Hi, I remember reading, or perhaps it was a dream?? But I remember a guy posting on here that it was he that was selling the radiators on ebay! Do a search and maybe you'll find it too.. OR give Rogue Systems a call, they might have a radiator as they usually have a huge stock of spares on t...

Re: Anti Roll Bar

Nice one! Will PM him and see whats coming in! Having driven my 2 now for some quite far distances on various roads these last few days i have noticed the steering and handling settle down a bit more with the Teins. The Teins were a little firmer, than they are now and the handling and relative stif...

Teins and clearance

Hi Andy, I measured my Teins Flex this morning and they are at its widest only 8cm! And they dont look as chunky as your cuscos in your photo! I will borrow a camera tomorrow and hopefully the weather holds so I can take a photo for you! I spoke with Patrick after I confirmed that the clearance i ha...

Re: is 3mm enough gap between tyre and strut?? (front wheels)

[like has been pointed out mate, you need more of a clearance than 1mm! if 3mm is not enough for me, then 1mm wont be enough for you? Damn, damn, damn. Its never simple eh?? I will have to definitely take my 2 up to the shop selling the wheels and get them to fit them at the same time, if they dont...

Re: is 3mm enough gap between tyre and strut?? (front wheels)

Thanks Mark, I think maybe I shall just take my car up to the shop nr bristol when i get the wheels fitted and if it doesnt need spacers then yippee if it does, then they will fit the 3 mm spacers so that I can get the 1mm clearance  Then hopefully they will post my old wheels back to me! Her...

Re: is 3mm enough gap between tyre and strut?? (front wheels)

Sorry Jim to hijack your thread     DRAT! #-o So does that mean having a 1mm gap is not good then? I was told the wheels I want to get at the front are the issue @ 7.5j with et38 Looking at the tyre calc they are 1.3" wider or 3.8cm i.e. 38mm Which is 1.9cm closer to ty...

My wheels will fit!

After a brief scare this morning  when I was told my proposed wheels due in the country in the next 5 days wouldnt fit! I measured the teins etc... The tein strut is 8cm wide (at its widest point-being the adjusting rings!) The distance between the tyre and the strut is 10mm. Andy last night ...

Wheel fitment

Hi All, After much looking around I have found some wheels made by ASA in a 7.5j front and 8.5j rear in a 17"s set up which should suit my car fine. My question is this. I had Teins fitted yesterday but just want to make sure these will fit! I have been told that the: - front wheels will be et ...
