I think you should be o.k,if the rim clears without the tyre then it should clear with.I've got the same width and offset as you a with a 225 profile tyre and the rim sticks out further than the tyre on the inside. The wheels are off my car at the moment i'll try and get you a picture. Mark.

Re: [All] [Generic] Noisy exhaust, Could this be neighbour friendly - Apexi ECV

It does make a big difference on my car as i have a single outlet single silencer exhaust, but it mainly takes away the drone you get at idle that seems to make the whole house shake.Your right when it is closed is does give the effect that your exhaust is blowing,if i remember theres about a 1/4-3/8...

Re: [All] [Generic] Noisy exhaust, Could this be neighbour friendly - Apexi ECV

I've had one fitted about a year and it works well, not very good for performance but does the job of keeping the noise down when needed. Can you tell me what the in-cabin control is like ? Basically, I wanted to find out if you have to have the valve fully open/fully shut, or whether anywhere in be...

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Any Non Coilover Supspension With Adjustable Height?

No problem.I'll try and get some pics if i can.If its of any use i did get the standard wheel to fit but with a 10mm spacer. In the end i took the drastic action of moving the complete strut 3/4 inch further inboard, quite a bit of work but i'd already bought the shocks/coil kit etc.

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Any Non Coilover Supspension With Adjustable Height?

Or if you dont mind a bit of welding & have a set of rebuildable shocks (so they dont explode!) you could use the adjustment part of the coilover conversion kits that are available. They have the threaded tube like on your coilovers, spring seats and locking nuts. You would need to seat the ori...

Try this, although it only calculates the rim only not including the tyre.

Re: [Mk2 Turbo] [Urgent] Rollback Arches - Any info appreciated!

I used the baseball bat method(wooden),worked great.Same principle as stated with the heat gun so not to crack the paint, just jacked the car up to get the bat between the tyre and arch then lower the car gradually rolling the bat left to right until you get the desired roll.
