Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Which Downpipe?
Im glad i've read this post because a downpipe has been something i've been thinking about (along with the Nur!).
Im guessing this would be a straight fit to the Nur?
Also, any vids of your car with the above setup???

Re: how much for a rolling road
There is no comparison between price and power mate. Just make sure that the operator does the dyno in 'shoot out mode'. Different dynos will have different names for this mode. Any results given cant be altered in any way. I got about 45-50 minutes on AVA Performance's dyno for £60! That included t...

Re: Beams Engine
I enjoyed both N/A's, especially my Beams BUT having finally got a turbo, i wouldnt go back to a N/A unless i needed a cheaper second car.

Re: Beams Engine
I've never driven a n/a rev1, only the rev2 n/a. There is a difference but its not like night and day, as it would be going from n/a to turbo.

Re: Apexi GT or Nur Spec
Plenty of videos on you tube. Just type in MR2 Nur Spec. Thing is with the Nur, although it an extremely nice piece of kit, it has become extremely common amongst MR2s. Not a bad thing, but if you want a bit more rare then Apexi GT  I've searched youtube numerous times but its not really the ...

I've tried all the others but feel like v-power is better. Oh what about the bp 102 ron?....not tried that...
Doesnt Shell do a fuel over 100RON?

Re: Beams Engine
I had one before my current MR2 (turbo) and i loved it! Be very careful with any modifications you plan on doing (if any) because it is a highly tuned engine as it is and you may end up losing power. Speak to Nikk1877 or RST on here, or MR2OC.co.uk They both have a great deal of knowledge on Beams M...

Re: Apexi GT or Nur Spec
So, the Nur Spec is heavier and is more restrictive than the Apexi? Since i bought my turbo i have been toying with the idea of buying a Nur Spec, replacing my rare SARD system but im still not sure because of two reasons: 1. I havent heard one in person. 2. Im not sure if the Nur will be more restr...

Re: Which fuel do you use?
Tesco 99.
Read quite a lengthy review on the three mentioned fuels, that were tested continuously for quite some time, and Tesco 99 came out on top.
The cars tested included an MR2 turbo and BMW M3.
