it is coming from the front drivers side aswell mate seems to do it over even the smallest of bumps but also seems to vary in loudness day to day. whether it is the same prob or not i dont know but the steering tends to snatch directions over bumps etc aswell, i have had it checked at garages and th...

knocking
had a knocking noise for ages now so i have took it to 2 garages and all ball joints etc are ok, so i think it is coming from the top of the suspension.
if this is the case what is it likely to be and what parts shall i replace.

i removed all 4 locking nuts by hammering a socket on as i did not have the key all came off no problems
