Do you happen to have a ball park figure of how much the units will be when you are selling them?

Odd, yes.
A pain, yes.
They also thought it was a good idea to half 1,285 different vacuum pipes coming off the inlet manifold

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Why are engine bay side panels grounded?
Not sure one point one, but possibly point two. Though would have thought if that was the case the actual engine bay lid would have been grounded too along with other parts.
Just seems odd, irrelevant and unessesary.

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Why are engine bay side panels grounded?
They are metal but they are bolted to the rest of the car, just as the heatshield is and other parts are. Not every part of the car has an earth strap to the chassis, hence wondering why these two non electrical parts do?!

Always a pain taking these off due to the grounding wires on em.
Cant fathom what the point of earthing these two things is?
Anyone shed some light?

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Which pipe has burst to cause this :(
The leak is just before the cross member, not near the turbo as thats on the cabin firewall. If you open engine lid and peer directly downward where engine bay meets boot its around that area, probably directly under engine/inlet area. http://www.strathycruise.com/pics/leak2.jpg http://www.strathycr...

Already got the coolant ones on the top sorted out (dont know if you can make them out from the bad camera phone pic).
Maybe some are for the front of the car near the radiator?

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Samco owners! What are these for and where do they go?
They arent for the intercooler side of things as teh garage figured them out quite quickly LOL The thing in the top left is a set of drill bits, the furthest right is a 10mm bit. Just for size comparison for the samco parts. The bigger ones have an inner diameter of 30mm. Thanks R PS: I might have s...

Hello.
I got some Samco bits fitted over a year ago but had these left over, could someone shed some light on where they go and what they connect to.
Many thanks.
