I'd be interested mate. Any chance you could have a word with him and get him to take some pics of it.

I'm after a roll cage...

But dont fancy the Rogue one as i'd have to cut out the dash.
I saw a cusco one on ebay but he's taken it off and its not for sale.

Anyone know the cheapest places to buy a decent cage? Ones that fit a t-bar and dont require cutting the dash?

Cheers

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Apexi Power FC - about to buy one...

I just have a hks EVC boost controller set to 1bar, FCD and an Apexi Super Air Flow Controller, + forged internals 540cc injectors. I got 297 bhp and 301 ft/lbs torque. I'm still unsure about the PFC's. I dont think it will make any difference to my setup. They are expensive like others have said du...

Looking for a change of car....evo 6

I'm considering a change from MR2's having owned 3 of them, all tubbys, rev1,2 and 3. I love the MR2's but i fancy something different. My current rev 3 is forged running 300bhp and 302ft/lb torque. I would like something with similar performance. I'm considering an evo 6 (not the makinen though) as...

Re: NA MR2 any good as a track car?

How much better are the tin tops against a t bar?

I'll be tracking mine lots and possibly racing it but its a t bar. I know the glass needs replacing for msa regs but in terms of handling is there actually much difference.

I'm no expert driver so cant imagine i'd notice too much difference.

Re: Noob question about coilovers and adjustable top mounts

Thanks for the info mate. I need to check the camber settings. I want to get it set up properly.

Think a trip to rogue is due for some basic track setup stuff.

Cheers again

Noob question about coilovers and adjustable top mounts

My new car come with these… http://www.imoc.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=124730&highlight=kei+office How do they actually work?? Can I alter the ride height on the shocks? What do the different settings on the top mounts do? I know this seems school boy stuff but I have no experience with coilov...

If you two lads are up for a meet some time let me know. My car is based up in Lincoln. I'm sure there are a few others around that region that would fancy it.

Preferences - PowerFC or Piggyback

I have been told different things so after some advice.

For a forged high powered car... minimum 300bhp would you recommend a PowerFC or a piggyback such as the HKS.

...and why

Re: Might be looking to buy this tuned rev3 tubby (ADVICE PLEASE)

Hi guys, i thought I’d update this thread seeing as I have the car now.. I picked it up a few weeks ago and it was mapped and dyno'd last weekend. Basically to cut a long story short the engine developed a noise before I purchased it (tapping). Xxxx said he was going to inspect and fix before I hand...

FIA question

Just wondering, If i buy a set of racing seats such as Sparco's would they have to be FIA approved and in date to go racing. Is this also the case for the harnesses. I like the look of the Sparco Sprint V seats as they are fairly cheap and FIA approved. If i can get away with a 2nd hand pair that ar...

Anyone know how to 'quickly' drain petrol from a rev1 tubby?

Is there a plug on the fuel tank?

Re: MR2 Super GT Race Series for 2010

OMG !!!

Looks all a bit eratic for me. People coming far too fast into that chicane, he had no choice but to stay out the way.

The crash looked pretty heavy! Was the other car running after that?
