-correct spark plug gap?
-Leads in the correct order?
-When you say rebuilt the top end did you have the head off? If so Cambelt all lined up and head torqued down properly?
-Did you paint the head cam cover? If so you didnt shot blast the old paint off did you?

End of the day its not Paisley Freights fault, its the courier companies fault. Paisley Freight just have an account with the courier company.

Really with all these booking companies it depends on what your local City Link / UPS / DHL etc are like :thumleft:

ffs so I could have safely turned my Greddy TD05 upto 1.5bar along with my uprated HG and ST205 CC etc???

I was always told to stay at 0.9 - 1 bar or I would max them out :(

I have a crank pulley sitting here incase you melt it :lol: I removed mine with the engine out... No need to make a special bar just - - wedge a crowbar between 2x flywheel bolts and the ground - Get a long long long breaker bar possibly with a pipe to extend it - Get someone to hold the engine stil...

I think they blow the stock ceramic turbo to bits uprated turbos will last longer with them.. .

Its a stock turbo that has been modified with uprated parts (which is where the hybrid part of the name comes from :) )

The more modifications to it the more expensive the turbo usually..

Lol, I done this myself. I sat behind a lorry at 3am and replaced the needle to 56mph :) how did you know the lorry was doing 56 :lol: :lol: :thumleft: They are limited to 56, a long line of lorrys all doing the same speed on the motorway at 3am is a bit of a giveaway.
