Brake cleaner spray, the ether-smelling stuff from Halfords etc, plus an airline - that should do a good job of removing the old grease?

I used copper grease liberally over everything in sight except the front of the pads.

Noticed my nearside dipped beam has died.. does anyone happen to know a part number for the bulb?

Perhaps I should replace both sides with some kind of high-brightness replacement?
