Hey chavmr2 who is doing your windscreen for 140 ?, the best i can get is 180 fitted, still cheaper than the 400 squid autoglass quoted me though, cause i also need a windscreen

They fitted my rears but had no need to do front as yet

Widster i used a wire brush on drill and a polishing attachment also metal polish that was designed for bike exhausts and lots and lots of sweaty elbow action lol.

Nice one max wish this was around when i did my calipers last year, As for the bit of tubing you put in brake pipe end i'm sure its 8mm but i think i also packed it out abit with one or two layers of rubber tape this seemed to work really well and a only i lost a couple of drips from one side and no...

Ive had two t-bars a mk1,and a mk2(hears boos and hisses )my mk1 leaked only when it was very heavy rain and only on passenger side ????weird i know, the mk2 didn't leak , now ive got a mk1 sunroof ,

Richard , sorry been away so i just read your post. As max said above it is so much more easyer to take caliper off and do it on the kitchen bunker :mrgreen:(what i did) the only thing with this is you then have to bleed the brakes system when you put them back on, what hasn't been mentioned though ...

Hunting/ reving
Could be the wax stat After it warms up when the revs go up and down is it consistant ie does it go up down up down in time say every second or so or is it more random ? If it is very consistant it may well be wax stat BUT air in cooling system can also cause this but it will be more random this way .
