Why do you need a fitting sevrice is it not possible to do it yourself?

Cam belt was changed at 38K, it`s now on 63K so it`s not time for a change yet, Or is it?

already looked into conversions but i think it`s gonna cost upward of £4k for a rev 3 engine.

Plus my na engine has only got 59K on it so it would be a crime.
