Check to see if the cars stock boost control valve has been disabled (this will make the car run at about 7psi)either by being un pluged or having the pipe from the actuator cut and blocked, also could have a boost leak so check clamps, I/C etc also check to make sure the wastgate is not stuck open

Cheers for all the pointers. I removed the pipe from the turbo to the greddy unit and it has no damage. I haven't got time today to replace it but i think at the weekend i will replace all the pipes for new ones and change the crappy spring clips for jubilee ones. Then i'll repeat the process again...

Ok, i'll try and check all the hoses for leaks. Whats the best way to check, soapy water and look for bubbles? Firstly, have you removed the plastic bung from the Greddy solonoid unit (it's in the NC port?) Secondly you've got it plumbed in wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!! The vacum pipe from the turbo nipple should go to the 'NO' port on the greddy solonoid and the vacum pipe from the left hand side of the actuator shoul...
