Pretty much...although I'd rather wait for a quality example  . As soon as you have one for a std turbo on a rev3, I'll be buying. I had a de-cat on my previous turbo car and that was transformed by it.

Keep me informed :thumleft:

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] I'm confused by all the 3/4/5 bolt downpipes!

just purchase a downpipe designed to fit the ct26/20b. do your homework into the standards of different brands, and cheap or shiney doesn't always make it the best. I am looking but no-one seems to have them in stock [-X I do know where I'll be getting it from when "he" gets some in stock...

I would have been tempted to own the Saxo's ass and take the consequences: Cop: Sir, do you know why I pulled you over? Me: Yes officer, to congratulate me on owning that sh it heap of a chav-mobile, and teaching him the valuable lesson that his car is one of the slowest on the road, thus removing ...

Re: Chav in saxo with 4 of his mates

I wouldn't have done anything on that ringroad or and other area. Too dangerous. On a nice flowing national speed limit road, maybe yes (obviously only up to the speed limit  ) but there are no national speed limit roads between Huntingdon town centre ringroad and Maccies  Would have beat...

Chav in saxo with 4 of his mates

Thought i'd tell you this! I know it's not big or clever and probably against the law but still, I found it VERY funny  I live near Huntingdon - a town with a stupid, badly surfaced 30mph ringroad that has several sets of traffic lights. Today, after a bit of shopping - feeling a little down ( ...

[Mk2] [Turbo] 4500rpm question

Hi. Does the fact the turbo is a twin cam mean that it does a "v-teccy" thing at 4.5k? Noticed this yesterday, my turbo starts to spool at 3 ish and is throwing me forward by 4. At between 4.5 - 5, it steps up a gear again. It's a noticable shove forwards with a change in engine noise / ex...

[Mk2] [Turbo] I'm confused by all the 3/4/5 bolt downpipes!

Evening. I am looking for a downpipe but I'm getting confused with all the different types if there are any. My turbo is a rev3 type and is standard. What do I need to get to change oem for aftermarket (gaskets etc) and is there a specific 'head' type (ie, 3 bolt, 4 bolt, 5 bolt etc???) onto turbo a...

[Mk2] [Generic] Are all Mk2s the same size?

Hi. Being a sad, new tubby owner ( :D ) I parked next to a uk, white, 1990 Mk2 at my local tescos. As I walked away, I had a quick backward glance (don't lie...you all do it too  ) and noticed that my car looked wider than the na. Obviously, it looked lower but it looked "fatter"! Did...

Hello paul.

If your windscreen doesn't have two wires running down the middle of your screen, it means that it has had the windscreen replaced at one point. It is only for the am ariel...who needs that
