my speakers lack any bass and I found out that the sub is suppose to be in the passenger box behind the seat. theirs is a cable and mounting holes and no sub.
I want a sub that will fill in the missing bass and go in the box. any recommendations?

the HT leads seem secure. took the car out today, let it warm up and went down the country roads. WOT in 2nd gear caused some bucking and a backfire when I changed gear with a decent sized black cloud appearing in my mirror. other than that 1 instance the car boosted fine every other pull I did. idk...

when I floor it the boost kicks in then sputters/jerks pretty badly. this problem inst every time, the conditions will be the same and the car decides if it wants to sputter or not.
