Try replacing the dizzy cap and arm these wear very quick and don't cost a lot To replace

Hi and thanks for the reply again the fule pressure read 35psi with the ignition on but not running and as for the sensor I replaced I can't remember the exact readings but the old one measured 1.? and the new one 2.? So I replaced it as I already bought it.

Hi and thanks all for the help I've checked the fule pressure and changed the fuel filter and no difference I will check the risistance at the Ecu is the same at the sensor I take it I just check the sensor wiring colours and follow them back to the Ecu.

Right where to start..... [Mk2] [Turbo] Engine management light not working
I've go a bit of a problem I need to read my engine codes as my car is playing up but my engine management light doesn't work even when I turn the ignition on it doesnt illuminate does anyone know what size bulb they take.

Hi thanks everyone for the reply the engine light does come on when the ignition is switched on and also I will try check the coil at the weekend the problem seems to be getting worse as it actually cut out for the first time today.

I've tried but it doesn't seem to work I've followed the guide on how to do it but I can't seem to even get the engine light to flash it might have something to do with there being lots of vasaline in there maybe.

Hi thanks for the reply I've checked for boost leaks and I'm running super unleaded. The problem seems to be getting worse under any load at any temperature the car just doesn't seem to pull as it should.
