I bought my MK1 when I was in my late 40s, with the intention of doing it up. t was a runner but needed some mechanical work and bodywork on the sills and around the arches. Thanks for the replies. Tried those tips but still got nothing. Can't hear the pump running so I guess it's a tank out job.
