are you sure it has no drain plug ? dropped mine a few years ago with about half a tank in it , but pretty sure there was a drain plug .

As far as I know my first rev1 uk had Blue tint and my current rev1 jdm has Bronze tint

there was an H reg one for sale on Ebay in Worthing last week Rob, I didnt recognise it though .

I am on my second Rev 1 and have now got a 3vz camry engine in it ! the 2gr is the best V6 to go for but money was the deciding factor for me and I am more than happy with the 3Vz .
