Re: [FINALIZED] Window Rubber seals

Does the rubber have cracking present? Are they still plump and have a bit of substance to them?

Taking it slightly off topic. How do you rate them? I've been looking at these for a while now. I'm led to believe they ride firm but nicely?

Re: Oil pressure sender - Where to fit?

So a remote mount away from the block is the best way. I'm not a fan of sandwich plates personally and mounting it next to where my oil temp feed is isn't ideal in my head.

Any pictures Androo?

How much of a difference in throw is there between this and a rev 3 shifter? Aren't they similar?

Oil pressure sender - Where to fit?

I'm about fit my new gauges but before I do I was wondering where do people generally take their oil pressure from? Do you T off the OEM sensor or plug in else where?

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Chargecooler core size

Personally I think the St205 core is more than enough for up to 400 with a well designed pre rad.

Re: Import Turbo GT vs GT-S insurance difference

I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that the GT version in the UK database is classed as a non turbo UK spec.

I was actually talking about your pre rad.

Off topic slightly but do you have any pictures of this? Been considering them for a custom setup.

That's not mine but I am doing it in a similar manor for a better fitment of the BOV. It's a next year job when I fit the new engine :thumleft:

I was contemplating redoing the lot like this. Granted that is the BOV flange and charge pipe.

Interested in this also.

Partly because the guy I bought mine off thought best to chop one of the lines and fit PVC pipe into a bit of hose.... :?

My drivers side arm isn't quite up to the job no more either. Someone somewhere must be able to make a new spring assembly for the arm to re-tension them.
