Yes it does but the car only drives to 6000rpm then fuel cut kicks in due to over boost.
On the look out for a ecu too see if a remap will sort the overboost out

I cnt stop my hybrid 26 overboosting cos of free flowing exhaust. Going to try make a gasket after the downpipe to stop it from flowing too well.

Iv pumped the actuator up and the bar moves as it should opening the wastegate. Should i still swap the actuator?
The guy is also saying that creep is causing the overboost As i have 3" decat then 2.5 exhaust?

Ye same actuators. Ill swap em this week sometime. Is it possible to swap them with the turbo still connected ?

No standard ct26 to a hybrid 26. Just used the actuator with the hybrid and he said it holds 1 bar.
Might put the previous actuator back on.

Previous turbo boosted ok but saw actuator wasnt connected when i removed. Then iv swapped for hybrid turbo and changed actuator.
Bloke said it held at 1bar.

Well its stil overboosting. Tried not having a boost controler and stil overboosts. The second hose on actuator is blocked aswel so any more advice please?

I thought the rev 3s were 1.2 bar boost due to fuel cut at that.

Ill do that tomorrow and let you know the outcome. Do i need a boost controller for my rev 3 as its standard boost is 1.2 bar anyway?

I recently bought a hybrid ct26 turbo from a guy off here and now iv fit it and cars running it seems to overboost. I have my boost controller set low but stil tries to go beyond 17psi which then hits standard fuel cut.

Any ideas why this is happening would be great thanks.
