Re: Re: My Rev 3 Turbo? Something Special
Thanks.
It still gives me the same silly grin on the rare occasions it comes out that it did when I first saw it! I never get tired of looking at it! It's just a shame life is silly busy otherwise I would use it more!

Re: Re: My Rev 3 Turbo? Something Special
Hi everyone. I have taken some advice from an importer/exporter of high end Japanese machinery who I know well, he assures me there are very few left in this condition. Hi grade auction MR2 Turbo's are just not appearing for sale. I have also been racking my brain thinking "what on earth would ...

Re: Re: My Rev 3 Turbo? Something Special
Tricky one that! Probably worth mentioning that it has not got a dot of rust on it. It has black leather/alcantara interior. Passenger seat looks like new. It still looks new underneath. I used it as my wedding car in 2009 and it turned 50k miles that day. It had a few years unused but came out brie...

Re: My Rev 3 Turbo? Something Special
Hi everyone. The start of a new year has got me thinking again. Maybe it's time I should part with my extremely clean, 50k miles 1994 Rev 3 Tin top turbo. I have owned this car since June 2003 when it landed on these shores. It has spent its life as a summer only toy and has only seen rain 5 times i...

Re: mr2 sputters and hesitate, with boost, without it runs fine
Don't forget the basics! I had the same on my Rev 3, I checked my leads, replaced the dizzy cap, rotor arm and fuel filter.
Turned out to be the plugs themselves.
I had removed them and visually checked for cracks etc.
Looked perfect but still gave trouble on boost.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)

[Mk2] [Turbo] Bucket seat subframe and side mount brackets?
Hi everyone. Looking at options for fitting Cobra Suzuka Pro. I already have a Recaro subframe but will need some side mount brackets to make it work. My question is, do you need extra low profile brackets or will normal height do it? I cannot measure up currently due to car living in the garage. Ch...

Co-ordsport in the Midlands were good for Rays/ Volk rims when I was hunting some rims.
It was roundabout the same price after getting hammered for vat and import duty.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)

Berk cooler.
Hi Dan.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
I have been emailing them to people so far.
It looked kind of amazing when I got it out from it's slumber yesterday.
I'm itching to show it off!

The Berk cooler is very smart.
It's very discreet and side mount.
It's only when your eye catches it that you notice anything is different.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)

It lives!
Fired up first turn of the key.
Last time it was on the road was August 2012.
It has done 700 miles since May 2009.
I have every fuel receipt from it's first tank of old school Optimax(pre V power) Never had a drop of anything other than Shell!

Very True.
I hear that! When I built it I was keen and less jaded by the motor industry/life! These days I have limited spare time and always something else takes priority.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)

Hi everyone. 2015 could be the year to resurrect my toy. It is a 1994 Rev 3 turbo tintop. I have owned it since it drove off the boat in 2003. It has covered 50k due to a busy life and other interesting toys. I'm ashamed to say it hasn't been out of my garage since 2011. I am maybe feeling the itch ...
