Cost to rebuild depends on lots of factors and how much you do yourself. Some would argue that it simply isn't worth rebuilding an N/A engine. I would only replace damged parts. Did you drain some oil and find flecks of metal in the oil .

I felt the bits in the oil on the end of the dipstick.

Cheers mate. The whole exhaust system does want renewing to be fair. I checkd the fuses visually and I think the 120 looks abit brown inside. I dont know how to remove it or what it controls.

So do you think its that bad?
