Won't do anything for a 3S-GTE as you have forced induction.

Toyota's Acoustic Control Induction System varies inlet tract length on NAs to help them breathe better and maximise power and torque.

Not sure about the lines themselves being any better but Bob Hatton provided me Goodridge lines with stainless steel fittings (normally come with zinc plated) so corrosion less of a worry.
