Re: Rear brake fun (oh joy!)
Unless You have a slip diff you know both wheels will not spin when in gear and jacked up right? Try jacking it up on one side and then putting it in gear and then the one rear wheel will spin. Do you have the shims between the brake pads and pistons. Mine squealed until I removed the shims then the...

Re: Frunk catch failure....any way in?!!
If your bonnet isn't popping up you need to adjust the black rubber stops on the underside of the bonnet to get more upward force when the cable is pulled. Have you tried getting someone to pull the cable while you get a plastic leaver under it to force it up. Had this problem on my brothers golf an...

Re: [FINALIZED] Caribbean Blue - Rev 3 Turbo tin top - Crash damaged - (break or repair)
Looked at this yesterday and have to say it's not as bad as al is saying. Yes it has issues that need fixing asap but the body looks to have been straightened enough that it is repairable and won't require a reshell. Went for a drive and it is worth every penny al is asking even with the issues. Sad...

Re: Does anybody know this car?

Car cost 1000 to buy got 800 from the first claim and brought it back for £75 then a few years later clai...

Re: SAFC2
It's on a supercharged 1mz v6.
I'm just hoping to keep it safe buy keeping it rich at wide open throttle to reduce the risk of det.
Paul woods suggested I fit one with the supercharger.

Re: Speedo reading out
If anyone ever has to do this and has the electronic speed delimeter that fits to the back of the clocks you can set it to do the start up sweep when you turn on the ignition.
it sweeps to 60 then 100 then back to zero.
You can use this to accurately set your Speedo
