Re: Painting brake calipers

If you have to ask the question then id leave anything to do with the brakes well alone.

However, in answer to your questions its 4 bolts and you can buy dedicated caliper paint in most colours

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Tein EDFC motors - Removal

Can you not disconnect the wire? There should be a male/female connection no more than 12 inches away.

Disconnect then remove the brace upwards clearing the cable like a game of operation :D

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Need advice please! ET22 9J [photos]

Your offsets will be close to what mine were. My arches were rolled, not flared and i didnt have any rubbing at the height i was at in the pictures. I would try and get a tyre with little or no rim protector and you should be okay. Worst comes to worse take your wheels to a machine shop and get a fe...

Re: what brake pads? mintex or ebc ultimate

Out of the two you've listed I would go for oem Toyota pads and get a sealant for your lips, 1 to protect from dust and salt etc and 2 to aid with cleaning But if you're going to regularly attend track days i would be going for a better quality pad again, thing is with a track inspired pad they tend...

Re: TOM'S 96 Rev 3 GTS - BREAK ME UP, BEFORE YOU GO GO

Wheels look lovely. The white on white looks really good.

I would recommend Gtechniq C5 wheel armour or carbon collective wheel sealant however not sure how they would work on gold plated wheels.

what you doing with the work wheels?

Wrinkle paint looks good!, I find it cures nicely in the oven.. I usually make sure the girlfriend isn't in when I'm doing it though... The other half would go nuts if she caught me doing that. Last time i split my other wheels i put the centre caps in the dishwasher and got caught! haha. http://i8...
