Re: Handle removal
Hmmmm I think the previous owner has glued the covers on mine cuz they won't budge. I thought that was how it was done but just thought I'd check before I broke something. Cheers

[Mk2] [NA] Headlamp dropping (now with video)
So I have a small issue that's a little annoying, when I turn my lights on they both pop up but the passenger side lamp drops about half an inch. I've tried using the manual adjuster on the back of the lamp but as soon as I turn them off and they go back down they reset and when they come back up it...

[Mk2] [NA] Aerial replacement
So I have an electric aerial which works fine, however I'm wanting to switch to a bee sting type fixed aerial. Can anyone tell me of problems I'm likely to run in to? Also what is the reception like on the smaller aerial. And lastly would I be better of fitting a dummy bee sting just to fill the hol...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] 180mph clocks
The convertor slows the feed to circuit board to slow your needle down, as far as your clocks are concerned they are still reading in kph and being driven really slowly, so the therefore the odometer is turning at a slower rate than normal to show miles covered rather than kilometers.

Re: Random fuel cap question
Although having never really noticed the writing on it, there is a UK phone number and company on it. I'm just curious how it's a JDM thing?

Re: Random fuel cap question
To be honest I did wonder, in the event of a crash, how it would stop fuel from just flowing straight out??

Random fuel cap question
I've had my car for a while now, and I just thought the fuel cap idea was either standard as an MR2 thing or maybe a JDM thing. But apparently not, I've met two other '2 owners who have "regular" fuel caps. This is what I mean with mine http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh126/daventrysurf...

Re: Removable silencers - angry neighbours
Exhaust bungs do lower the noise level but they are quite restrictive, which has a noticeable effect on performance. I'd either swap the exhaust for a quieter one or - if there is space - get an additional silencer welded in. This is what I've done with my Blitz NUR R http://www.imoc.co.uk/forums/v...
