it's going to be a labour of love and you will never see your money back if you start forging the engine etc... i realsied many years ago that if you want to go faster, then buy a car that's faster out the box and just enjoy it. modding cars is fun, but i ruins them, costs money and can throw reliab...

i would not recommend powder coating rocker covers. No matter how hard you try, you will not get rid of all the shot blast which gets mixed in with the engine oil and wrecks engines. any engine can be force inducted, but the expense, hassle and potential for disaster makes it a lot of work and barely worthwhile when you can do a transplant
