Re: Midship Money Pit - Equipped For Summer

The difference in spool up with decat and exhaust is insane man!! 14 seconds should be easy to beat, crail is slightly uphill though :( Im excited to see the difference and then going from stock boost to 1.1 bar I could imagine being another little leap in performance. Ive got loads of stuff waitin...

Re: Midship Money Pit - Equipped For Summer

Found this video of my first ever run on the strip, what an awesome day. Whoever recorded the video thought I was racing an EK9...it was actually my buddy in his 1.4 :-$

Re: mr2 turbo rev 3+ vs s2000

From my experience, power wise, in a straight line my rev 3 tubby hands down out powers my friends AP2 S2000. His car is completely stock and mine at the time had a Fujitsubo Legalis R exhaust with the cat still in place, other than that was completely stock. Handling wise I have no idea, they will ...

Re: Why are so many 2's being broken for scrap?

I cant see the price rising up to the point it would be worth selling, nor do I look at my car as an investment. I enjoy to drive it and thats why I have it. I also dont plan on selling, ever, the car gives me more pleasure to drive than its worth in pounds but times change and if I did it certainly...

Ive been thinking to do some of my interior dash in the stuff actually.

Re: Black Turbo L325 WPX Stirling

Maybe we need some 'you have been spotted by an IMOC member' calling cards to leave under the wipers  YES!! Someone please get on this! I know the mystery person saw my car because the car wasnt there when I got back. I am also representing with an IMOC tax disc holder so hopefully he/she ...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] painting intercooler black!!!

I was going to paint my Phoenix Power matt black along with the pipework purely because they looked grubby.

Ach well its in now.

Surely the type of paint and number of coats all play a part as much as the colour no?

Re: TRD SW20 Spider

Never really made my mind up on these, they do look rather odd. Aesthetics wise change the front bumper back to oem+fogs, remove the winglets, change the wheels (anything would be an improvement on those), change spoiler to a rev 3 or lose it completely and your sorted. Also lose all hideous interio...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Will compressor surge be the death of my ceramic CT20

It is doing it at full boost? Or just at light loads and low boost? Low boost and revs not a problem. Sure you cant adjust it so it vents at full boost? It is adjustable. Many many on the US forums have adopted to running no bov on the ct26 and ct20 with no problems reported. All report positive bo...
