Yes Black Chrome II they call it. The inside of the rim is gloss black.

So I suppose the treatment is black first then 2 light coats of silver then lacquered to give the full effect.

Thought it time to refurb the original JDM Rev5 standard alloys. Went for a Shadow Chrome 2 finish which almost matches the centre caps.
