Steering column trim
Guys, I've changed my steering wheel to a rev5 item for my rev4 turbo. The previous steering column trim/shroud/whatever was a bit tatty so I sourced a rev4 import one but it doesn't fit. Apparently this is due to the rev5 wheel. So, question is does anyone know whether a UK rev5 item will fit an im...

Re: Power steering failure
Well that "fix" didn't last long. I'll give it a good minute of on/off tomorrow but fear anything I do will be temporary.
I've read that you can clean the connectors in the relay (?). Can anyone point me towards where that would be/what it looks like? Is it as per above?
Thanks all.

Power steering failure
Guys,
Driving home yesterday and my power steering failed (bit of a concern mid-corner!).
Could this be as simple as a fuse or something or am I looking at a big fix?
Cheers

Air filter for rev4 turbo
Guys,
Thinking either the Blitz SUS or Apexi Power...
Leaning towards the Blitz as I had one on my rev2 and it sounded great, plus I can find them for sale!
Any thoughts on the Apexi and where to find one? Or any others for that matter.
Cheers.

Re: Rev3 MR2 Downunder
Lee,
How did you sort out the slack in the "bonnet" release mechanism? Exact same issue with mine, have to pull on the louvres to get it to "pop".
Lovely car btw, must be great to drive down there

Guys,
Did the rev 4 (JDM) still have the all-amber side lights or did it move to clears from rev 4 onwards?

Re: Replacement air filter
I watched a programme on tv where they dyno'd a car with after market k and n filter in the standard box against a standard filter and the standard filter came out better. Hmmmm. Specifically an MR2 or generally? Might just get the service kit from gtschris if that's the case. All OEM stuff I think.

Anyone got an opinion on the aftermarket air filters for the mk3 (for the standard airbox)?
Seen Pipercross and Blitz ones on eBay (although Blitz only from Japan - any tax to pay?) and was just wondering if they are worthwhile?
