Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Gearbox Rebuild Options

Not sure about the E153 specifically... I used to use a company in the midlands called Geartech for all our general gearbox rebuilds, everything from Vivaros to Polo gearboxes, never sent anything particularly specialist though. Good work from them and nice honest people. I know my box could do with...

Re: [FINALIZED] Genuine Toyota Roof Bars

Ahhh sorry bud, I've never seen those ones for sale, I've only ever seen 1 other set of tin-top versions for sale couple of years ago. It seems a shame to sell them but equally I would like them to be used by someone or painted up to match their car!

Genuine Toyota Roof Bars

Just a little test to see if there would be much interest in my set of genuine roof bars for the MR2... https://i.imgur.com/2XXHHtL.jpg https://i.imgur.com/zvKrIsU.jpg These fit perfectly to all revisions of the Mk2 MR2 except T-bar models...I think...Toyota made special ones for those of you with g...

Re: Paul's Rev2 turbo

Looking forward to seeing the finished result, think we'll have to have a little South Wales meet-up when she's out of the bodyshop...which actually should be quite soon if I remember right? Time flies!

Re: Tale of two MR2's...Wilhelm Raceworks geometry kit finally fitted

She still lives, I've been putting around 10,000 miles a year on to her since getting it back from the body shop. I've had it coming up 5 years now. Yes after the crash I turned it relatively back to stock...speaking of, I put the GTR wheels on a few weeks ago, I'll post some photos of it currently....

Cobra Monaco S

Very good condition, has seen very little use - most of it sat in a cupboard gathering dust - hence the pale grey marks on it (which are just dust). Base mount fitting. https://i.imgur.com/ZVvCIRL.jpg £100 or feel free to make a reasonable offer. I would be able to help with travel to meet somewhere...

17" Wheels and tyres £100

Hi all, heres my old 17" wheels and tyres for sale. Nothing special about them, you can see my build thread for how they look on the car. Front tyres have plenty of tread but have worn on the inner edge, rear tyres will need new tyres in then next month or so for winter but have worn quite even...

Re: Franks Rev3 Turbo

Looks like a really good find to me :thumleft: White on white with the wheels looks a little arctic but otherwise that looks like a very clean, tastefully modified rev3 - not as easy to come by these days.

Vote of confidence here for blueprint/ADL parts. Been using them on my rev3 turbo for the past 5 years with no problems :) would be interested to know about potential differences between the pattern and genuine part though!

AC condensers

Hi guys, Can anyone shed any light on the differences between AC condensers between rev1/2 and rev3+. Aside from the obvious differences in the gas type that was used in the system, are there any mechanical/dimensional differences between the two? What I'm getting at here is that there are rev1/2 ra...

Been a while since an update on here. And not much has changed...yet. I have, however, managed to get my mitts on a Wilhelm Raceworks geometry correction kit from Alex over in Montana. As you can see below, the kit is all manner of goodness that I look forward to fitting and aligning! https://i.imgu...

Re: Door / Window Moudling Refurb

It was just a generic autotek satin black, I don't think I even primed it, just cleaned it off with brake cleaner, scuffed it with a scotch pad, cleaned again, masked and then did 2 or so coats. No I masked off the rubber portion of it and then applied something similar to rubber rejuvenator, can't ...
