Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] About RiGiD reinforced rubber engine mounts

Hi I was trying to get a pair of TRD engine mounts for my tubby from japan, as i find the speedsource urethane mounts i actually have too hard for normal driving (they have improved my gear shiftings, but they put a lot of vibrations inside the car... Specially when releasing 1st gear at low revs a...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] About RiGiD reinforced rubber engine mounts

Thanks a lot for your sharing your thoughts My left and right mounts are the old ones (almost 24 years old). I was said i didn't need to change them as they only support the weight of the engine. Front and rear ones were supposed the mounts to take care about. I don't mind the added noise in the cab...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Advice needed identifying engine oil leaks

Thanks for your reply! :thumleft:

Dizzy leak seems to be easier to identify. I'll watch carefully the headgasket seal... As it was replaced last year.

Re: Greetings from Málaga (South of Spain) - Pics updated

Some of the roads in southern spain were fantastic, I remember driving up to ronda wishing I was in my 2 not thrashing the balls off a focus rental car. How hard is it to keep it running over there? I thought that spain was a bit harder to own a modified car due to yearly inspections being a bit ha...
