Maybe get in touch with jdnymr2 on instagram - he's running wide wheels, air ride etc. and I'm fairly certain his bumper is removable as it has the visible quick release ties.

K-swap only seems worth doing if you're going FI in my opinion - a fair bit of work for little gains if you stay NA (and building NA is obviously never cheap!) You might save about 50-60kg NA at a guess?

I'd say 2-3 hours - depends if you've done it before!

Yeah I was just reading that! I think I'm going to buy a standard ECU and see what happens. As I said last night this problem has arisen since the moment the engine was started with the S148 so it's very likely to be either the turbo or ECU right?

I've tightened the manifold and turbo to DP/adapter block bolts all up - some were a bit looser than I'd have done them but not massively.
