You'll lose a substantial amount when removing the radiator. From when i did mine it was about 7 litres. It's probably best practise to change it anyway!

They are, but they get quite expensive once you factor in the fans also.

Polyurathene Aeroware front lips are massively popular in the USA and get quite costly to import. No one else makes them in the UK.

If it comes with the fan, then i'd say it's an alright price.

I bought one, fitted it and sold it recenetly. Can't really argue with the price. The top bleed valve isn't in the best of places to be honest.
