Beautiful wheels in near perfect sizes! I cannot believe they're still hanging about after all this time. :-/

What's that little rear spoiler you've got there? I like it.

Why would you want to buy a new engine Rich? Hasn't yours just been rebuilt?

Honestly? It's a nice kit and I'm generally a fan but I think it's starting to look very dated.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Mr2 sounds like a tractor! HELP!

Do you mean the exhaust manifold? Without seeing photos it's difficult to understand what you're referring to? If you're in or near Manchester you're welcome to pop round mine and I'll take a look at it?

Re: '94 Rev 3 MR2 Turbo - MOT Emissions test - DECAT

I emailed VOSA about this approximately a year ago. They replied and confirmed my car (1994 Rev 3 GT T-Bar turbo) should not be subject to a cat test.

If others would find it useful, I can post the response in this thread?

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Replacing exhaust manifold gasket

It will take you between two and four hours and I'd recommend an extra pair of hands. Removing the x-brace is a must in my opinion although I know of people who've done it with the x-brace in situ. You can remove the turbo and exhaust manifold in one piece but others prefer to remove the turbo first...

How soon after the rebuild have you been hitting boost? You need to give the rings a few hundred miles to bed in first.

Re: Head Gasket Going?

Replacing the head gasket isn't a difficult job. Daunting if you haven't done it before, but not difficult. The real scary part is what you might uncover once you remove the head... :?

Re: CUSCO Type RS LSD - SOLD

If I'm going to spend £300 + £150 fitting on it I want something far more granular than "it works". How does it differ exactly and how do these differences affect the driving experience?

Re: [Mk2] [NA] coolant bubbling sounds

How long have you owned it? Is this a new sound or has it been there all along? I sometimes here a sound similar to what you describe soon after I turn my car off. I've always thought it was unused fuel returning to the tank.
