The car has just over 122,500 miles i doesn't have any tax or an mot it has been locked away since last year and really forgot about. The overall car is i...

Update on cam covers
If there are any of you guys who have Rev3+ cars & fancy a clear belt cover I'm looking into fabricating some of my own.
It's in early development but hopefully in a month or 2 I'm hoping to have a trial unit made up.
Is there anyone else interested if it works?

Re: Timing belt cover
This surprises me. I assumed that the covers would have been the same fit for all revisions of car.

Have any of you guys got a clear belt cover or know of anyone who has. They look cracking with some HKS pulleys & matching belt.

I'd keep the Rev5. The veilside looks like a knockoff TRD.

Re: European Union & mots
There is a new rule that you can not have any illuminations on the dash now. ie, if you have an aftermarket steering wheel and the SRS light is on the car will now fail the mot. this only came into effect in the last couple of weeks apparently. I only know this because my mates integra failed becaus...

[Mk2] [Turbo] Thermostat.....
It never rains with an MR2! My thermostat has gone over the weekend.
I've been looking at the TRD one and standard my question is; are there any real benefit over the standard thermostat that should make me part with a 4x more expensive part??

Are these any good?? I'm wanting to get some more power over the summer. Plans are; Blitz access ECU New intercooler. Boost controller. I'm think 300hp will be plenty without too much serious work and reasonably easy to achieve. so......are the xspower intercoolers any good? or does anyone have a ch...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] knocking front end, it's driving me mad. HELP PLEASE.
I've had this exact problem recently. Replaced the drop links but that didn't cure it. After a little more research it turns out that the 19mm nut which mounts the strut to the topmount (under the black cover) had come loose by maybe 2/3s of a turn (fairly common, apparently). Tightened that up and...
