It sounds to me like you could be running the timing 180 degs out.
Stand back, then go and check all the timing, wiring etc. You will get it working spot on soon enough.

Are replacing with rev2 + calipers discs and pads? If not they won't be up to the extra power. You need the rev2 + parts and put in some carbotech pads.

Sell it and buy a rev3 and mildly tune that.
If your rev1 is on std brakes you will struggle with the extra power.

Why not put the unichip on the rev3 ecu and map them?
