Air has got in the system, Where it's been sitting for so long Just bleed the system as a temp fix, the leak sounds like it can't be that bad if it's only affected you because the car has been sat When/if it worsens and it becomes stiff even with day to day driving might need a new seal kit for mast...

It will be the dump valve, happen to me with ssqv 2, changed it to a ssqv 4 copy and no longer have any issues

I think the problem is they start not to open enough
