Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] GT4 Chargecooler Pump Location
You want counter-current flow through the core... so cold water in the side closer to the throttle body (basically underneath the filler cap) and warm water out of the side closer to the turbo. Shinny, I read some posts saying that it made bleeding a problem having the cold flow under the cap, is t...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] GT4 Chargecooler Pump Location
Mine is set up to pump from the core to the rad but that is because mine is mounted on the gearbox so has the head pressure from the core above to help the pump.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
The expansion bottle connects to the port on the pressure relief cap on the core.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Chargecooler core size
Well here is the pre rad. Have seen higher quality products in my time but it's not rubbish either. Very lightweight. Hope it does the job, can't be worse than a Fiat radiator. http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c75/alfanutterdafirst/cc%20pre%20rad%201.jpg The AVT core is what I'm running and I'm so...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Modifying ST205 chargecooler coolant outlets
I heated up the chargecooler pipes and twisted them round 15 degrees, so they were parallel to the coolant pipe. I did this, with the addition of a dowel inside the pipes to stop it from kinking as I moved them. Worked perfectly for the last 5 years or so :thumleft: +1 for this, it is the easiest w...

Will report back once they are installed, with new discs, on how they perform. A full set cos the same as just rear Carbotechs. Great choice, they are great pads an...

Re: Where to get performance brake pads
Get a set off a guy called Chris Wilson, he custom makes them and they are spot on, I'm running a pair of his fast road/track pads and they are a great upgrade.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
Do a search on here for him and you will get all his details

Cheers,
Just out of curiosity why didn't you use the existing bolt on the left hand side where the centre console runs?

Re: Harness without rollcage
Firewall drilled last night. Directly behind the seat and about 10 degrees down, there's a perfect spot to drill and attach the spreader plate in the engine bay side. It clears the engine bay mounts by a few cm and looks nice and tidy. I would have had them done last night...but I found that the in...

Re: Recaro's on mr2 rails
I've got evo iv recaros on standard mr2 rails. Your need to look at my.project thread for photos. While the mr2 rails was still on the mr2 seats,I welded a bar across the 2 separate rails then unbolted from mr2 seat so the spacing stayed the same. Then i just offered them up to the recaro seats and...
