Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] lightweight flywheels yes or no

I have used the search feature. It revs up faster and you need more rpm to pull off. I wanted to hear from someone that had one, what is it like as a daily drive would you recomend it, is it more for track use. i cant find any of that in a search.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Petrol tanks

Thanks for that mate. would you happen to know if the rev3 turbo servo will swap over to the rev1 n/a firewall bulkhead without any issues? i guess I'd like to know if the rev1 n/a shell is the same as the rev3 turbo shell, ie everything is totally compatible? thanks again!

[Mk2] [Turbo] Petrol tanks

Hi there, I was wondering are all the petrol tanks and their pipework the same, ie pipework diameter, on naturally aspirated and turbo cars, rev1 to rev3? basically can I keep the rev1 n/a tank and pipework if I'm fitting a rev3 turbo engine to it? I hope that makes sense! cheers.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Boost increase? Power seems bit low

I had 227hp at the flywheel and i think that was about 196hp at the wheels with a rev2 at 1 bar or 14 psi. if i remember i had stoped and got 97 octain and had forgot to get tesco 99. not sure if that would of made a big deal.
