tyres are designed to fit on the right size rim, stretching them will not do you any favours since your eliminating a lot of flex AND your reducing the rubber you have in contact with the ground....

it would be much easier to shop if the shot was taken square on to the car with very little in the background...

And if your good with photography, take the shot zoomed in between 50mm and 85mm, this will keep a ratio close to what our eyes see
