Suspension Dust Boots & the MoT
Hi all, Having a look at mine it looks like one of my shockers is leaking (definite MoT fail) and on two other shocks the rubber dust boot is completely destroyed. I remember reading somewhere that any rubber boot that's split on the car is now an MoT failure. Anyone know where I would stand with th...

Millers Motors - Romsey Southampton
I've noticed a massive lack of MR-2 Specialists in the South of England, and I've invested a bit of time in trying to find a garage that I can trust to work with my car. I've pretty much put the word out around hampshire for somewhere that knows anything about MR-2s. A couple of garages come to mind...

I could well be (probably am) wrong, but isn't the pipe your after the one that comes from the PCV Valve?

Re: GT86
Steering lazy on centre, do not feel connected. Good off centre. Lot of friction feel which helps oversteer control but normal driving the friction is too much. Very well put sir. Ride quality is horrendous. Primary ride control (body roll, pitch, heave) is good but the secondary ride quality (shak...

eBay Seller: MrMR2
Massive positive feedback for this guy. I ordered a replacement brake master cylinder which I fitted., this turned out to have a leak from the reservoir. I notified the seller who bent over backwards to help me. I mentioned that I'd probably seal the reservoir up as it's not a pressurized part of th...

Genuine Spark Plugs
Hi all, I'm just hunting through my car's history and I notice a receipt for a purchase of genuine spark plugs by the previous owner (part no. Y 90919 01180). I'm used to having iridium/platinum plugs that last several ice ages however I'm not sure these are such. Are these standard copper items and...

I wouldn't mind a crack at the new one. It's done by Criterion who did burnout, rather than whoever was putting out the recent shonky titles like undercover and the run...

The ((!)) light is used for low brake fluid level and is on the RHS of the dash. ((P)) light is to show the handbrake is engaged.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Clutch starting to slip???
Sounds like clutch slip. It will get worse til it fails completely. OEM spec. clutch like Exedy £150. Well up to the job. If driveshaft oil seal leaking, replace when changing clutch. This. Make damn sure whichever wally replaces the clutch changes the thrust bearing too. I am going to go all Bryan...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] tires sizes for standard rev 3 wheels
No worries. You'd definitely want to lose the cheap rubbish on the fronts - it will completely change the feel of the car having good rubber on. I've been meaning to try Paradas for a while but I haven't got around to it so I can't comment really, it's probably worth noting that I've not even seen t...
