Directly below the distributor.
I don't think it's possible to read with the gearbox on.
Probably pete, bob or Luke will confirm.

Tyres
I have 255/40 17s on 8inch et42 offset rims and turbo billies.
The arches needed rolling but the tyres look great on the rims.

Re: mr2 turbo rev 3+ vs s2000
I had an s2k and changed to an mr2 na and then changed to a turbo clip. I would say the mr2 is quicker. The s2k was a dream car that dissappointed it was going rusty and felt claustrophobic. I much prefer the mr2. For me everyone raves about Honda reliability - not me I think it's a myth. S2ks suffe...

Re: The journey of one man and his Mule(s)
The fiat TC's are great engines.
Had several 131sports, 105TC and a
Strada Abarth running twin 40 solexs circa 150bhp.
I still miss that sound - epic engine!

Re: First Mr2 Turbo moment
What Luke said. I picked mine up from PW almost a year ago after the turbo conversion. Had a little run with Luke in the car just to check it was OK. We 'might' of lit the back tyres up (wet and cold) coming out of a roundabout nearby  Cold air + heavy right foot x wet road = loss of grip/s...

Re: Excessive engine bay temps.
Is the spal fan working?
I have the same conversion on an NA lid and no issues.
I don't believe you need a turbo lid.
You can fit a single fan in the na lid if you really need to.
Someone on here has done this.
