i will need to use crush gaskets in case its not a perfect fit to use flange gaskets. As i can't afford to have my car off the road as i need it to get to work

what are flange gaskets? as i thought i needed crush rings so now even more confused

hello wondering if someone can help me. When i brought my car it came with a mongoose exhaust, the guy gave me a decat to go with it. I would like to know what gaskets are required i have new standard gaskets but they look too small.
